Recipe {Coats four large beefsteaks}
- 60ml vinegar
- 60ml water
- 6 garlic cloves, crushed
- 4 tsp cumin
- 4 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp marjoram
- Salt and pepper
Mix water and vinegar and drizzle over the beefsteaks. Combine the rest of the ingredients and massage the rub onto the meat. Allow it to marinate for 1-4 hours and add the salt just before grilling to keep the meat tender. Enjoy with a glass of Beefsteak Club Asado Edition Cabernet Sauvignon!
