History
Denbies Wine Estate is England's largest vineyard and one of the largest privately owned in Northern Europe. The current owners acquired the Estate in 1985. The Estate now comprises 627 acres, with 265 acres under vine. Winemaker - John Worontschak at Denbies Wine Estate.
Vinification Details
Very clear juice, fermented at a low temperature to obtain maximum fruit characteristics from the grapes. The residual sugar level of the wine means that it is medium-dry in style.
