Tasting Notes

Straw yellow with greenish hues. This wine expresses great aromatic intensity, with those outstanding vegetable notes and tropical fruit aromas typical of this variety, whilst preserving a mineral touch. Big yet elegant in the mouth, with a long aftertaste, where the aromas from the nose reappear.

History

The Legaris winery was built in 1998 by the Codornu family, winemaking experts since 1551. In Legaris, vineyard plots are carefully selected, grapes carefully handled and then benefit from state-of-the-art winery techniques to produce a modern, polished wine.

Regional Information
