History
Pagos de Familia Marqus de Grin is a family society whose objective is to seek excellence and differentiated personality in the wines or extra-virgin oils that it produces.
The Marqus de Grin brand has become a global symbol of excellence for wine and olive oil. In fact, the brand Marqus de Grin has managed to position itself in the world top lists of both essential elements of the Mediterranean diet and culture.
Regional Information
This wine is produced at the hear of D.O Rueda in a property that covers more than 100 hectares, at an average altitude of 740m above sea level, in an area of clearly continental climate. The soil, of alluvial origin, has a markedly sandy and stony texture at the surface, and is very suited for vine cultivation, particularly for the Verdejo variety, which is native to the Rueda district.

Vinification Details
The harvest is carried out at night, thus preserving to the maximum the aromatic potential and the best organoleptic characteristics of the grape, until its entry into the winery. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, completing in about 15 - 20 days. After resting for 2 to 3 months and after stabilizing, the wine is filtered and then bottled.
