Regional Information
The vineyard is located on the border of the tang de Thau, well known to be one of the coolest of the Languedoc. Chalky and sandy soils.

Vinification Details
Harvested early in the morning to keep the freshness of the grapes. Low level pneumatic pressure is then applied after a light coating maceration (8C for 6 hours). Fermentation at 16C after a clean racking of the must. Matured in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for 6 months.
