Regional Information
The clay and limestone soil in the Pinet area of Languedoc-Roussillon, along with the Mediterranean climate, bring perfect growing conditions to the Domaine de Petit Roubie vineyards at Pinet.

Vinification Details
The grapes are mechanically picked from trellissed vines in mid-September and fermented at a low temerature in stainless steel tanks, after pneumatic pressing, for about three weeks.
