History
The vineyards are located next to the National Park Las Hoces del Ro Cabriel.
Regional Information
The vineyards are located in Villamalea, Albacete in the South East of Spain, a region between two rivers: the Jcar and the Cabriel. The grapes are harvested from fifteen year old vineyards at 800 metres above sea-level.

Vinification Details
Grapes are harvested at night during the first week of September. The wine is then aged on the lees for another four months after fermentation.
